FAQ

Yes. TCI's laboratory overview page lists 7 in-house laboratories, including an in-house quality testing laboratory operating to the ISO/IEC 17025 competence standard (supporting analytical testing and the traceability of production records), a QODM laboratory that integrates formulation and delivery format development, and clinical and claims laboratories responsible for human testing, efficacy evaluation and data analysis.

Please note: the above describes TCI's in-house laboratory capabilities; it does not mean that specific outsourced testing services or third-party independent institution reports can be provided, nor does it guarantee research results.

The testing items, scope of documents, timelines and costs that can be provided must be confirmed individually within the project.

TCI operates clinical and claims laboratories, and the laboratories overview page states that they are responsible for human testing, efficacy evaluation and data analysis. The ingredient pages of some proprietary raw materials publish human study results, together with journal literature and reference materials.

Two points should be noted: ① not all proprietary raw materials have human studies, so each ingredient page must be checked individually; ② study results correspond to a specific study design, specific subjects and a specific test product, and may not be extrapolated as a guarantee of efficacy for a finished product.

The scope of research evidence available and the claims that can be used must be assessed case by case according to the formula, the product format and the regulations of the target market.

TCI has its own quality testing laboratory operating in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 competence standard, supporting analytical testing and traceability of production records; on the production side, an ERP system establishes traceable production records.

A clear distinction should be made: the above is TCI's own laboratory, not an independent third-party testing institution. Whether third-party testing can be arranged, which institutions may be designated, the scope in which reports may be used and the allocation of costs must all be confirmed within the project; the official website does not list this as an established service.

Testing and documentation arrangements can be evaluated according to the product, the target market and testing requirements.
