AI Quality Control
In alignment with our state-of-the-art automated production processes, TCI has made a significant investment in developing the cutting-edge Eagle Eye monitoring system. This advanced technology, featuring high-speed CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) sensors, enables real-time production safety inspections that exceed human visual capabilities. It identifies defects such as abnormal or deformed bottle caps, thread distortions, cracks, impurities, glass fragments, and performs ultrasonic liquid level assessments. The system automatically rejects non-compliant products and operates continuously, inspecting 16.7 bottles per second with an exceptional detection accuracy of 99.9%, ensuring reliable, around-the-clock quality control.
FAQ
TCI's factory page publicly lists certifications including Taiwan GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
This list is information published at the company or factory level; the page does not map any individual certification to a specific country, factory, product or delivery format.
The applicable scope for a specific factory, product line or market is still subject to the valid certificates and to project confirmation; for other certifications, please cite the corresponding descriptions individually.
TCI's Global Operation page and manufacturing page list its sites and manufacturing information respectively; the following is compiled from what the two pages publish:
[Manufacturing sites] Changzhi, Pingtung, Taiwan — the Panshi Park of the Agricultural Biotechnology Branch houses the S5 functional beverage plant, the S9 functional food plant and the S12 automated warehouse, and the Beauty Technology Branch houses the S11 green energy high-efficiency mask plant; the Jinshan Park in Shanghai houses the S8 functional beverage/food plant; the Beehive Park in American Fork, Utah, USA houses the S16 functional beverage plant; Kerala, India has a functional food plant. The manufacturing nature of the Indonesia site is not stated in the main text of the Global Operation page and must be separately supported by formal information.
[Office / business sites] Headquarters in Neihu District, Taipei; offices in Jing’an (Shanghai), Beijing and Guangzhou; Jakarta, Indonesia; The Hague, the Netherlands.
The delivery formats each plant can actually produce, the markets it can supply and the applicable certifications must be confirmed according to the product and the project.
TCI's factory page states that TCI can assist customers with FDA registration, China food market entry permits, Indonesia BPOM registration, and halal certification applications such as MUI, JAKIM and THIDA.
The above refers to assistance with the application process; the specific service scope, required documents, division of responsibilities, timeline and fees must be confirmed individually according to the product, the target market and the project. Whether an application is approved is determined by the competent authority or certification body of each country.
TCI's factory page states that TCI can assist customers with halal certification applications such as MUI, JAKIM and THIDA.
This is application assistance; it does not mean that any product or production line has obtained Halal certification.
Halal certification is reviewed for a specific product, a specific production line and a specific combination of raw materials. Raw material sources, shared production line conditions, packaging materials and the certification system of the target market all affect the outcome.
Actual feasibility, required documents and the timeline must be assessed case by case according to the formula and the target market, and the certification result is determined by the certification body.
